How To Stay or Get Grounded

Last month, I attended the Our Village United event, Grounded: An Experience to Start Strong, Reflect, & Build Intentionally, featuring Dr. Joy Beckwith, Dr. B. Nilaja Green, and Dr. Crystal Jones. What a shifting experience!
 
The room was filled with amazing women who wanted to explore our inner space of mindfulness and align with our new year's resolutions. We were guided with self-exploration journaling, practices to remove barriers to dream manifestation, and a journey through sound, breath, and presence. 
 
The event drew to a close with the participants taking a rose and peeling back each petal as we repeated our intentions for 2023 and then adding the petals to a box 🌹
